Subject headings on the header.

Organising to make the title pages all together on the header above the main home page like if i wanted to select football at the top none of my topics headings appear for me to look through them. Do you know how i can change this to get it that way?

To clarify, you are trying to offer a navigation menu in your header, with links to the pages that you have created here? https://wordpress.com/pages/
To do that you will need to set up a menu on your site header. You can do that by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/create-a-menu/#create-a-menu-in-the-customizer
