  Hi, if I start a premium plan can I later upgrade it to business? If so, can I do it any time?
  Can I add plugins with the premium plan?

  Absolutely — the amount you have already paid for the Premium plan will be deducted from the Business plan when you upgrade.

  Can I add plugins with the premium plan?

  No, installing custom plugins is only supported on the Business plan:
