Subscribe Field and Social Media Links/Buttons Missing from Emails

    The post looks good (designed using the Single Post Template), but the formatting changes when I attempt to preview the email or send the email upon publishing. Specifically, the footer that contains the social media links and the subscribe field is missing. Instead, I have a “Like” button that I don’t want. Thanks in advance for any help.
