Subscribe to Blog Not Working

When I post a new blog post, it is no longer emailing my subscribers who have signed up to receive notifications of new posts. It was working fine before, but suddenly stopped notifying people via email of new posts.
Any suggestions on how to solve or troubleshoot this?

whilewerehere.blog is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

Hi there,
Can you please make sure that the option Allow users to subscribe to your posts and comments and receive notifications via email is enabled under Jetpack > Settings > Discussion in your site’s Dashboard?

Yes, that box has been checked and it was working, notifying subscribers when a new post was added, up until two weeks ago.
