Subscriber can not open email to confirm subscription

One of my friends tried to subscribe to my blog (I am using the Jetpack email subscribe button), but she can not open the email that was sent to her so she can click the activation link. Is there a way for me to resend it, or for her to re-enter her email and receive another email that will hopefully work.
Another friend also subscribed, but her email worked fine, so it is assumably a one-off issue

She should be able to re-enter her email address to re-subscribe.
If that still doesn’t work, please have her contact us via support@wordpress.com
