  On JetPack widget there states I have over 300 subscribers but I am unable to download that list. I need help pulling my subscriber list.

  Hi there!

  The Jetpack follower count in the widget includes the number of followers you have on the social media profiles you have connected to your site. For example, if you connected your Twitter account to your site via the Publicize module, the number of Twitter followers is included in the 300+ follower count shown in the widget.

  You can see a breakdown of your follower list by clicking My Site → Stats → Insights → look at the “Followers total” box on the right side below the stats.

  You can also see your follower list and download the list of email followers from your WordPress.com dashboard. Here’s how to do that: https://wordpress.com/support/followers/#site-followers

  The option to download the list of email followers will show up as a button that reads “Download Data as CSV” when you navigate to the Email Followers tab.
