  Hello! Is there any way to make people subscribers to my blog?

  Hi there,

  If people have a WordPress.com account, all they would need to do to follow your blog is to click on the follow bottom on the bottom right of your site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#how-to-follow-blogs

  If they do not have a WordPress.com account, they can still click that follow button and manually add their email to follow your blog.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#if-you-do-not-have-a-wordpress-com-account

  You can also add a widget to your account that will allow people to follow your blog from your sidebar:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
