Subscribers not getting my emails or seeing my posts

I upgraded my blog and changed to a custom domain. I also changed the theme from twenty eleven to forever. The name of the site has not changed. But, it seems that my subscribers are not getting emails or seeing my new posts in their reader. My blog is at fiveyearstomediocrity.com. It used to be fiveyearstomediocrity.wordpress.com. What can I do to fix this issue?

I assume that I am, because only new subscribers seem to have received my post notification from the 27th. Also, when I click on the “RSS-Posts” link on my blog, it takes me to a page that says:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
And, it looks like it shows my stylesheet or something. I’m not quite sure. The RSS thing is confusing me because I thought I didn’t need to do anything to make it function, considering I’m using wordpress. But, I don’t know. Maybe I’m missing something? I’m still learning:(

All of that info on the feed URL is totally correct. I just checked your feed through Feedly and I see several posts from before the 27th as well as the one on the 27th. It’s not really meant to be readable when browsed directly.
You don’t have to do anything for your posts to be emailed to your followers. Did someone tell you they didn’t get a post email? Or are you subscribed to your own blog and didn’t get the latest email?

Thanks for checking that out for me. I am still learning these things. As for the subscribers, yes, a couple of followers told me they didn’t receive an email notification. But, I work for a marketing department, and one of my co-workers suggested that maybe the domain name was still in transition? I changed the URL from .wordpress.com to .com the same day I posted that blog (or the day before, I can’t remember). But, if it’s working now, then no harm done! Maybe those followers missed their email notification for some reason? Not sure. But, if I have the same problem after my next post, I will reach out to you. Thanks so much for clearing this up. -
Great! It’s totally possible that the domain change on the same day as the post caused the blip. Domain changes can take up to 72 hours to take full effect. Definitely let me know if this happens again though! :)
