Subscribers not receiving mail

    Some of my followers/Subscribers are not recieving my blog posts over email. It’s happening both in case of followers and email followers
    Please help me with issue.

    Hi –

    Can you provide the email addresses involved? Our forum software will strip them out automatically so that only staff can view them. We can check our email logs.

    I’d suggest that you ask them to look in their spam folders. They also would’ve been required to confirm their subscription via email, so if that didn’t happen they won’t get emails.

    Meanwhile i’ll ask them to check spam and do confirm over email for subscribtion

    All three are subscribed to the site and were last sent an email on June 15.

    Perhaps it went to their spam folders?

    Hi,

    One of my subscribers found mail in spam and meanwhile i have requested others to do the same.

    Can you tell me what should i ask my followers to do to prevent mails getting into spam

    Hi there,

    Since several of those are Gmail addresses, WordPress.com emails are known to end up in your social tab if you have that enabled. Otherwise, I would check the spam folder to see if the emails ended up there. Either way, if you search for your domain in the general inbox search field, you should be able to find the email we sent to you regardless of the folder or tab that it is in.
