  Can you explain a bit more about what you are trying to do? Are you looking to subscribe to a site so that you can follow that site’s posts in the Reader or via email? Were you paying for a WordPress.com plan that expired and you would like to re-subscribe? Or have you lost a login for a WordPress.com site that you would like to regain access to?
