Subscribing a new domain

  I’m trying to subscribe for a new domain and web page with the basic suscription but I cannot pass from the first step because I cannot enter correctly the telephone number identification. Please, could someone help me with this? I actually try with (0034) plus my telephone number (international+spain code) plus telephone number, but it doesn’t work…
