  Hi. For some reason our site doesn’t seem to be letting people sign up to the blog. Any email address I input it says it’s already subscribed when I know this is not the case

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the email address you tried?

  If you write it here normally, it will be hidden from all but staff.

  I tried a fair few email addresses including

  (email visible only to moderators and staff) and
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hm, I don’t see any subscription attempts under either for the site.

  That’s odd, both went through and now have confirmation emails waiting for them to click the activation link.

  Were you logged in to WordPress.com under your account when you tried?

  That is strange. I’ve got the confirmation emails now thank you.

  I wasn’t logged in at the time as I tried a news device that I’d never logged onto WordPress from before.

  At least it seems to be working now!
