    Bonjour,
    nous avons essayé d’obtenir une suscription d’un an sur la base du prix de 48 Euros. La carte bancaire établie avec ce montant a été refusée. Bizarrement il était indiqué en bas de page “payer 117 Euros”. Pouvez vous nous expliquer cette contradiction?

    we tried to get a one-year subscription based on the price of 48 Euros. The credit card established with this amount has been refused. Oddly it was indicated at the bottom of the page “to pay 117 Euros”. Can you explain this contradiction?

    Oddly it was indicated at the bottom of the page “to pay 117 Euros”

    I’ve looked into this and your cart contained two items:

    1. Personal plan (€48)
    2. Maxwell premium theme (€69)

    The Premium plan includes an unlimited number of premium themes at no extra cost, but they need to be purchased separately on the Personal plan — which is why the total cost was €117.

    The credit card established with this amount has been refused.

    The payment was declined due to a problem with the funding source, so I recommend contacting your bank or card provider for more information.
