  We are running a free site, and currently need an advisory on how to email to our subscribers, we’d like to send out the email ourselves, is there any option available for that ??

  Hi there,

  We don’t offer any way to manually email subscribers to your site – we don’t even give you access to the email addresses for WordPress.com followers. We only offer the option for your subscribers to receive email notifications when you publish a new post, and each subscriber themselves control whether or not they want to receive these emails. The site owner cannot force emails to go out to someone who didn’t explicitly opt in to receive them.

  If you want to send an email to your subscribers you’ll need to use a newsletter service, like Mailchimp, to do that. But first you’d need your subscribers to also subscribe to that newsletter separately from your site. You can add a Mailchimp subscription form to your site using the Mailchimp block:
