  Hello, I have been charged £36 for what should be a free plan. This has been charged to me for the past four years even though my account haven’t even been opened since 2016. Please stop these payments immediately I am on a free plan and I can’t see where I can cancel.

  Normally you can see those charges at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. If not, you can check what those charges are about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and contact the Billing Team on that page.

  Your WordPress.com Personal Plan for seaberfam.wordpress.com which you originally purchased in 2016, was renewed for £36 on September 13 since auto-renew was enabled on the plan.

  Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases in accordance with our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
