    Hi frustrated, can’t see why I’m being charged $396 for year and have no way of contacting

    Hi there!

    It seems the site you mentioned was created under a different WordPress.com account. If you’re unable to log in to the correct account to either manage the site or cancel the subscription, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Locate the transaction ID for the payment made to WordPress.com. You can find it in your credit card statement, for example.
    2. Submit the transaction ID using the account recovery form. Please do not post the transaction ID here.

    After you’ve submitted the transaction ID using the account recovery form, we’ll get back to you and help you log in to the account and manage the site and subscriptions.
