  Hi

  I have been charged £32.40 for WordPress renewal but when I log in I have no active subscriptions or recent charges and no way to cancel my subscription. Help!

  If that charge was made by wordpress.com, it’s obviously connected to another account of yours. To restore access to the account the charge was made to, you can use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
