I am trying to cancel my subscription. I did this already last year and I was once again charged an annual membership fee. How do I cancel this subscription?

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. There is no history of purchases under that account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
