Subscription billing

  Hi
  I have just received notification from paypal that they have taken £15.00 for a subscription from wordpress.com.
  But having just looked in my dashboard, I do not have any subscriptions. I cancelled this subscription last year when I was charged.
  How can you continue to charge for a subscription when it doesn’t appear in my dashboard under my payments.

  Please advise and return my money.
