Subscription Cancellation

    I tried to cancel subscription – it would not allow the cancel option… only the ‘Keep It’
    I tried to e-mail to cancel – it would not send an e-mail.
    Please Cancel the subscription for full refund – and e-mail confirm.
    I have used BlueHost.

    Hi there, I see a refund was issued today for the WordPress.com Premium plan.

    It can take up to 10 days for that to show up on your statement if the payment was made from a US source, but with International payments, it make be a bit longer.
