Subscription Cancellation & Lost Account Access

    Hi,

    I noticed that a WordPress.com subscription payment of €61.00 was charged on 29 April 2026, even though I no longer use this service and was not aware that the subscription was still active.

    The account is linked to the email address [EDITED BY A MODERATOR], which belonged to my previous employer and is no longer accessible. Because of this, I cannot log in, receive password reset emails, or access the account in any way.

    I would like to request the following:

    1. Immediate cancellation of the subscription and prevention of any future charges.
    2. Assistance recovering access to the account so I can permanently delete it.

    Please let me know if you require any additional information to verify ownership of the account.

    I checked our records but could not find any account linked to the email address you shared.

    To investigate this further, could you please share the domain name of your site so I can take a closer look?
