  Hello it look s like my annual subscription have expired. I have updated my c/card details but the subscription is not renewing. Can you please renew?

  Hello there,

  It looks like the premium plan expired there. This would need to be repurchased – this can be done via Upgrades > Plan.

  It looks like the domain would also need to be connected: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
