Subscription form compatibility

Hi
I have MaiPoet2 and this has been working fine (still is) on the home page to build a subscriber base. I want a more dynamic way of getting subscribers so downloaded the plugin wBounce, and I have been able to get the form working there to pop up and ask people to subscribe. I can’t seem to find a way of linking the two, so the people who complete a wBounce form are subscribed into the MailPoet2 regular emails. When you complete the wBounce form it goes nowhere and then the pop up activates again. Does anyone know how to connect the 2 so my pop up works seamlessly with my existing MailPoet2 newsletters? TIA
