  Hi,
  As it is mentioned yearly subscription. Can i cancel after 6 month if I do not like.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com upgrades (aside from domain registrations) have a 30 day refund window. Domain registrations have a 48 hour window.

  You can, of course, cancel the upgrade after that. But you would not receive a refund.
