  Hi, I am selling a subscription product that comes with setup fee. Before I am willing to create my ecommerce shop on woocommerce, I would need to know how it works.

  Basically my product will consist of 2 items.

  1. 1 time set up fee – $xxx
  2. Monthly/yearly subscription fee -$xx per month

  How can it up in such a way that my customer pays a higher amount on initial sign up and subsequent amount based on the subscription fee?

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
