subscription payment

    I subscribed to this website and it said that for a year I would pay 35.88 at this time next year I would be charged. I started using it and was very unhappy with my purchase so I cancelled my subscription. This is all within a couple of hours. After canceling I was billed 35.88. I did not even use this subscription for more than a couple hours and was billed the full amount for one whole year. I need a full refund, I am very unhappy with this.
