I was charged for annual subscription automatic and I applied for a refund which I received an email saying the refund was done yet I have not seen the money on my account please. Kindly call me on my mobile phone number (redacted by staff) or share your contacts so that I can call you and find out what is happening with my money please.

We don’t offer phone support on WordPress.com, but I confirmed that a full refund was already issued to you. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Note that your bank/credit card may take 7-10 business days (sometimes longer) to process a refund. If you don’t see it after waiting about two weeks, please get in touch with them.
