Subscription Renewal

I was informed that I was coming to the end of my year’s subscription and that it was time to pay for the forthcoming year but I wished to cancel my blog. The payment went through before the week was up that so I didn’t get to cancel it in time to stop the next year’s payment. I have now cancelled the blog completely. As I have been a good customer and believe you to be an honourable company, I would like a full refund for the coming year please.
