Subscription renewal

  I cannot find any subscriptions in Manage Purchases so I cannot cancel a subscription renewal for which I just received a notice that I had paid for it automatically.

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  Are you speaking of the email you received regarding barcaldinetokfestival.com?

  That domain belongs to a completely different account. You received that email at your sharonbroughton account’s email address because that’s the email we have on file as the admin contact for the domain. But the account that owns the domain is associated with a completely different email address.

  Log out of the sharonbroughton account, and log back in as the account that you used to buy that domain. If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, you can find our account recovery options here:
