Subscription renewal issue

  I saw I was charged a subscription renewal but I do not have an active site, or so I thought. I looked at both my emails that the account could be charged for and neither show a history for the latest renewal in recent purchases. I would like a refund please and to cancel and subscriptions I have to wordpress at this time.
