Subscription Review

    Hello.. I purchased a video press plan for my website qubevest.com… But unfortunately, the site is no longer available due to some circumstances.. and I cant access my videos saved on my jetpack video press. I would also like to transfer it to another website and then renew the subscription. Thanks very Much.

    Hi there,

    You will first need to touch base with your site host and get access to your site back. Once you have access to your site, you can renew your subscription and you should then have access to your VideoPress content. Are you able to regain access to your site?
