Subscription showing WordPress URL not Site URL

  I have my WordPress files at http://www.isabelporto.com/wordpress while the site address is simply http://www.isabelporto.com/

  However, the confirm subscription email contains the link: http://www.isabelporto.com/wordpress

  How can I change this? I have tried re-installing and reconnecting Jetpack to no avail.
