subscription with wrdpress partner

  hi,
  I got wordpress subscription through one of your partner (SMART company in Egypt), it mean I dont have an account straight with wordpress , I asked a company to create ecommerce site for me and they push me to buy subscription from them even cost me more. now I am not sure how much my site will be safe with this middleman company ?does they can shutoff my site one day ?
