  Will the amount the subscription be charged to my card each month or all at once. Your subscription of $8.99 will it be charged each month to my card or will $99.00 be charged one time for the entire year?

  This link below says “$8.25 per month, billed yearly” which does indeed mean we are charged $99 in advance annually for the Premium plan upgrade. Renewals are usually taken approx. one month before the plan expires to ensure continuity regarding custom domains.
