  can subscriptions be invoiced rather than using a credit card as its for a charity group

  Hi there,

  We do not issue invoices in lieu of payment, no. Only a receipt that is issued once we receive payment.

  Also note that we see the upgrade owner as the individual username account that purchased the upgrade, not the organisation whose site it is.
