Successfully cropping our custom gravatar image

  We uploaded our custom gravatar image successfully. However, the image does not show up in the sample box to be cropped and approved. When we go ahead and hit approve anyway our image does appear but it is just the very upper corner of the image.

  Are you uploading a particularly large image?

  I have to admit, I typically crop my gravatar images into a square prior to uploading.
