sudden onset of problem downloading manual after it is paid for

    I need some help quickly to find someone to fix the problem. The site has been up around a year and now I have a lady that purchased the manual with no download. I tried to purchase it on my credit care and no download key came up after the payment was taken and went through. Please help me quickly before I have more complaints
