Suddenly cannot access dashboard or edit functions, says it's a security issue

    Hi. I am suddenly unable to access the dashboard or edit functions for my blog. The error below is displayed now. What has happened and how do I fix it? Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) as soon as possible as i need to fix this problem and get into my blog to edit posts etc today.
