Suddenly rotating uploaded photos doesn't work. Photo disappears

  I have always had problems on wordpress uploading photos in that the program ignores orientation tags so I always have to rotate my photos. (Doesn’t happen with the same photos on Etsy, eg) Now, I am just getting an error message every time I try to rotate a photo telling me to refresh the page and try again. This has been going on for two days. I’ve tried using different servers to no avail — so far, aol, chrome, and safari. By the way this is happening in my second blog, My Stonington Garden but I think I’m always logged in as Old Mystic Law so I didn’t change that. Although I can get into My Stonington Garden once I’m logged in, I don’t seem to be able to log in that way and can’t even access My Stonington Garden on my phone app.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble editing your photos. Could you give me the names of one or two of the photos you are getting that error with? I’d be happy to take a closer look at them to see what might be going on.

  If you can also copy and paste the exact error message you get, that would also help. Thanks!

  Although I can get into My Stonington Garden once I’m logged in, I don’t seem to be able to log in that way and can’t even access My Stonington Garden on my phone app.

  Both of your blogs are linked to your oldmysticlaw account, so you will need to log in with that username to manage both blogs. If you’d like, you can log in directly to your My Stonington Garden dashboard at this link: https://mystoningtongarden.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  You should also be able to add that blog to the WordPress app on your phone. Can you let me know what kind of phone you have (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)? I’d be happy to give you specific instructions for how to add the blog to your app so you can access it there.
