Summary reading display not working

  I have selected summary feed after I posted some blogs but it is still showing full text when viewing the blog.

  Do I have to re-post my blogs now that I have changed the setting or should the display update automatically?

  You selected summary feed. Your feed is now showing summaries. That’s not the same as summaries on the BLOG. For that, you need to use the More tag. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
