    Hi @stonebobby, if you want to let us know what’s wrong, we can likely help. Otherwise, you can cancel the plan purchase here; it’s refundable for a few more days.

    I’d recommend against canceling the domain. It’s no longer refundable, and if you cancel, it will go into domain redemption. But you can still use the domain with another provider as you’d like, using its DNS settings or changing its name servers. Let us know if you have questions!
