need a phone number to talk to a person. I keep getting a screen that says Loading Design Tools but never does anything. I purchased and upgrade but I can’t make anything work and I want a refund. I registered three doman names via GoDaddy and purchased hosting via GreenGeeks. I’m giving everyone money and I can’t manage to design a simple web site for my businesses. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and I don’t know how to proceed. I have purchased tutorials on word press through Lynda.com, watched YouTube videos on designing websites with wordpress and purchased books on the topic. Nothing helps. It should not be this difficult. PLEASE HELP!

Hi there, sorry to hear you’re off to a rough start. While we don’t offer phone support, I’m happy to help you here.
The reason your customizer isn’t loading is that the front page doesn’t have any content right now, and it’s giving a “page not found” error.
This is because you’ve selected “Static Page” for your front page but haven’t selected which page to display. Those settings are under Settings > Reading:

For now, I’ve reset your front page to display your latest posts to get your customizer loading. If you’d like to set a static page later, you’ll find a guide right here.

If you’ll be building your site here at WordPress.com you don’t actually need hosting elsewhere, since we will host your site at no charge.
