I was having a problem trying to figure out how to cancel and get a refund on my purchase of wordpress premium I was within the 48hrs (I am not sure if wordpress is right for me and I was not aware of all the extra fees) I was able to find live chat after 15 min and typed in my question how to cancel and get a refund and nothing happened. No response…nothing showed up on my screen so while I waited I figured out how to do it myself so while I was giving my explanation of why I was canceling my account I received an email saying that I had already canceled my account during my live chat with david and it included a copy of said conversation. The thing is I never had this chat I just asked a question that on my screen never received a response.

I’m sorry about that! That’s strange that you weren’t able to see what David was sending you. I just looked up the chat transcript and it looks like he processed that refund for you and let you know that it can take up to a week to appear on your statement.
Is there anything else I can do to help you out?
