  Hi, I have a WordPress website through SiteGround and now I need direct support from WordPress through chat for the functionality of the website, but how do I access the support chat?

  This is WordPress.com. You only get access to Livechat if you actually have an upgraded site hosted here. If your unnamed site is at Siteground and using the WordPress.org software then your only support (if Siteground don’t offer any) is at
