support changed blog name

    hi, I changed the name of my blog and thought all the old posts would transfer. I believe i followed my instructions correctly, but the posts from my old blog did not transfer. in addition, the new post from the new blog did not automatically share to facebook, twitter, etc, even though it is set up that way. any suggestions how i can fix this?
