  I have a business plan. Do WordPress supports a WordPress theme that I bought in ThemeForest?

  No, you need to ask Themeforest as you paid for their support.

  In this case is it better to get one of the themes available at WordPress.com with my business plan? and then I can get support from WordPress.com with any customize or setup to host? Many thanks for your guidance
