Support for multiple access of students at school

My name is Lam Do, a lecturer at School of Information and Communications Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. I have an issue that needs your support.
Currently, our school is teaching a new course for the first year students. In this course, we have several contents that introduce WordPress. In particular, we show students how to create a website based on block editors provided by WordPress. A sample site such as https://it2000soict.wordpress.com/ which copies the template from our school’s homepage at https://soict.hust.edu.vn/. After that, students will create their own sites such as personal homepages, family shops, etc.Due to a huge number of concurrent access from students who use the same IP address at our school, many students have been blocked for sign-up and sign-in activities. They need to wait from 30mins to 60mins. Therefore, I would like to kindly ask you to open multiple concurrent access for our school. Our IP address ranges include: 1.55.245.0/24,202.191.58.0/24,59.153.0.0/16,118.70.0.0/16,113.185.44.0/24
