Support help button is not working

  I am trying to get support for my account but when I click the contact support link it does nothing. How do I get help? I want to change my subscription on my upgrade.

  Hi there,

  What do you mean the support link does nothing? Do you mean it doesn’t load the ticket/chat interface for you? Did you use the help icon bottom right in My Sites, or are you using the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact ? Have you checked if it makes any difference to use another browser?

  What exactly would you like to change regarding your account?
