Support not replying on chat
-
We need help identifying the correct DNS records that were linked to the sub-account we created in Go High Level. We need to delete the DNS records so we can use the other domain on a different sub-account. We have contacted support and used the live support option, but we still haven’t received any reply up to today. Does anyone know why?

Hello! I’m not seeing any DNS records pointing to Go High Level on your domain name hashtagmonday.com at the moment, so you should be good to go there. You can double-check this yourself by viewing your DNS records like so: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/

In addition, we’re trying to use the domain reply.hashtagmonday.com but it’s not letting us. Go High Level support mentioned to us that we should update or delete the DNS records first just to wipe it clean and use it as brand new if that makes sense. How will we know which is the correct DNS?

can you please let me know what the ones that I encircled are pls?
The first 2 you circled are setting the hostname
reply.hashtagmonday.comto point tomxa.mailgun.org.The last one sets
reply.hashtagmonday.co.hashtagmonday.com.In addition, we’re trying to use the domain reply.hashtagmonday.com but it’s not letting us. Yes, delete all those entries you circled. Then you should be able to add a new entry according to Go High Level support instructions. (I’m not sure what sort of DNS record they want or need, but you can find additional instructions about adding the DNS records here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/#add-a-new-dns-record)
