  Hello

  I deleted my website like 2 or 3 weeks ago (with the account i’m writing to you)
  and the website still appears :

  La Bergerie de Servanes

  —–

  In the admin it notified (in French) that i dont have website anymore :

  “Vous n’avez pas encore de site WordPress.
  Souhaitez-vous en créer ?”
  (You dont have a WordPress website yet
  Would you like to create one ?)

  ———-

  Can you help me to deal with that ?

  Nothing has happened to that site since 1 year ago, and it belongs to a different WordPress.com account.

  And, I don’t see any history of sites under the account you’re currently logged in to.

  How can i know which account or adress email it belongs please ?

  My client just know this account (the one i’m writing to you)
  I’ve deleted the website on this account like i told you and now we don’t know what to do to make the website disappears

  Can you tell me if the account i’m writing to you belongs to our website ?

  We try to delete this website (we actually created a new one) but impossible to find where to manage it

  When we connect via WordPress website via our 2 possible adress email, nothing appears, no website, no information, nothing…

  Moreover I can affirm to you that i’ve deleted a website like 3 weeks ago via one of our two accounts… I thought i will see the website disappear but no

  From what email address did you email us? I don’t see any open account recovery tickets made by the labergeriedeservanes account you’re using to post here.

  If you emailed the address staff-doublebassd provided above, any reply you received would be from a member of our support staff, as we don’t have any type of automated reply set up on that email address. But they will be asking for the same account recovery information as we request on the account recovery form, as we cannot give you access to any account on WordPress.com without one of those types of verification.
